Hi everyone!

It’s Ini, and I’m back - this time with a book review! Over the half term, I read a book called Kid Start-Up: How YOU Can Become an Entrepreneur. I enjoyed it so much that I finished it in just a few hours!

Before reading this book, I didn’t even know what the word entrepreneur meant. Now I do! “Any kid that starts a business to make money is an entrepreneur."

What I Loved about the Book

  • It had loads of great suggestions for businesses kids can start right now.

  • I loved reading about real entrepreneurs who started small and became successful.

  • The activities were really helpful.

How the Book Helped Me with My Business Idea

I’ve already been working on a business idea, but this book helped me think about it in a new way. It gave me some great productivity tips, like setting milestones to track my progress. I can’t wait to share more about my business soon!

Favourite Quotes from the Book

“Just start.”

“Good business ideas are everywhere.”

“Passive income (making money while you are not working) is the key to real wealth.”

“If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” - Henry Ford

If you’re a kid who wants to start a business, I definitely recommend this book. It inspired me, and I hope it inspires you too! Remember, being an entrepreneur isn’t just about making money - it’s about helping people too.

See you next time!

Love,

Ini
